Are appointments necessary?

Appointment is necessary when you wish to have your bags evaluated in person at our store. Our expert team will give you a purchase offer while you wait.

Can I visit without an appointment?

Yes you can. Appointment is only needed when selling with our expert in person, otherwise our store is open for walk-in customers to visit, when you're just visiting our store looking see or buy the items available

Suitable time is not available?

If an appointment was not made, or a suitable time slot is not available, you can bring the items at your convenience during our opening hours, and our expert team will evaluate them within 1-3 working days.

Is same day appointment possible?

Please contact us if you wish to arrive on the same day, and to see if our team is available today or tomorrow.

Can I get an estimate before appointment?

Yes, download our seller app and we will give a purchase estimate for your items.

Can I send the items to you?

​If you are unable to visit our store in Helsinki, you can take photos, describe the details and condition of your items by using our seller app and we'll give you an estimate. We will offer DHL shipping to us when you accept our estimate.
