Is appointment necessary?
Appointment is necessary when you wish to have your bags evaluated in person at our store. Our expert team will give you a purchase offer while you wait.
Suitable time is not available?
If an appointment was not made, or a suitable time slot is not available, you can bring the items at your convenience during our opening hours, and our expert team will evaluate them within 1-3 working days.
Is same day appointment available?
Please contact us if you wish to arrive the same day, to see if our team is available today or tomorrow.
Can I visit without appointment?
Yes you can. Reservation is only needed when selling with our expert in person, otherwise our store is open for walk-in customers to visit, when you're just visiting our store looking see or buy the items available.
Can I get an estimate before appointment?
Yes, download our seller app and we will give a purchase estimate.
Can I send the items to you?
If you cannot visit our store in Helsinki, you can take photos, describe the details and condition of your items using our seller app and we'll give you an offer.
We will offer DHL shipping to us when you accept our estimate.
