What is our Plus program?

Queen Station is delighted to introduce Queen Station Plus (QS+), a comprehensive loyalty rewards program designed to enhance the customer experience and express our appreciation for your continued patronage. Launched in February 2021, QS+ enables customers to earn valuable points on all transactions, encompassing both purchases and sales, conducted through our online retail platform and our store located in Helsinki.

The accrued points within the QS+ program are redeemable for a range of benefits, including exclusive discounts on future purchases and access to other premium offerings, tailored to provide added value to our loyal clientele.

To participate in the QS+ program and initiate the accumulation of points, it is necessary to register an account on our platform and ensure that you are logged in during each purchase. Existing customers who have previously registered an account are automatically enrolled in the QS+ program and can immediately begin benefiting from its advantages. We encourage all customers to explore the full potential of QS+ and experience the enhanced value it provides.

How to earn loyalty points

• Earn points from all purchases on our online shop and Helsinki store. * 
• Earn points from selling to us directly. **
• Normally earn 1€ = 1 point when buying and selling.
• Earn points by referring and sharing in social media. (coming soon)
• We will have special events to earn extra points.
• Please mention your account email address when in store to collect the points.

How to spend your loyal points

• You can use the points as discount when purchasing items. *
• Exchange rate is 200 points = 5€ discount.
• Points will not expire.
• Points are personal and limited to a single account use.
• Points can't be transferred or exchanged to cash.
