• Direct Purchase: Upon appraisal acceptance, we provide immediate payment via cash or bank transfer, facilitating a swift and convenient transaction. Our valuation process for luxury handbags considers the item's condition, age, completeness (including all original components), and prevailing market trends. We assume all future risks associated with the pricing, handling, and sale of the item.
• Consignment Contract: Alternatively, should our direct purchase offer not meet your expectations, we offer consignment services. In this arrangement, your items will be showcased and marketed through our established channels. Payment is remitted following the successful sale of your item. Under our consignment contract, no fees are applied to you. We cover the costs of authentication, cleaning, and professional photography.

Key distinctions: Direct purchase provides immediate payment, while consignment sales allow for potentially higher returns, albeit with a delayed payment schedule.

Personal in-store appraisal

Unlike remote evaluations, an in-store appraisal allows for immediate, on-the-spot assessment, providing you with instant feedback and valuation. For a dedicated, in-person appraisal of your luxury items at our Helsinki location, we advise scheduling an appointment. This ensures our expert team can allocate a specific time for your evaluation, providing prompt, on-site assessment and payment.

Convenient remote evaluation

We offer a seamless remote selling option for your convenience. If you are unable to visit our Helsinki store, simply submit details and condition photos of your items using our  n no install seller portal or by social media channels. We will promptly provide a purchase offer. 

Upon acceptance, we will arrange for DHL shipping to our location. Please note that offer validity is typically one month, due to market fluctuations. For accurate valuation, we require visual inspection and cannot provide estimates via telephone. Physical delivery to our Helsinki store is required for purchase or consignment, for authentication and condition checks. We don't consign from photos only.
