Payments

We support payment by global credit cards, by Finnish online-banking direct payment, and by invoice and installments for Finnish residents. Payment system provided by Paytrail Oy (Checkout Finland Oy), and all options are found under the online bank choice. Payment terms by Paytrail are here.

Shipping

We deliver using DHL Express service. You can also choose to pickup in our store in Helsinki.

• In Finland the shipping fee is 10€.
• To European countries the fee starts from 30€.
• Free shipping for orders over 1000€ in Finland.
• Free shipping for orders over 2000€ in Europe.
• Orders to mainland USA the fee is 30-50€.
• Orders outside Europe or USA, please contact us.

We deliver usually using DHL express service abroad, and all deliveries are insured. All orders should normally be delivered within 1-3 working days to your front door in Finland. Deliveries to European countries normally take 3-7 working days.

If you choose to pickup in store, the order should be picked up within 7 days, otherwise your order will be cancelled. If you're unable to pickup by then, please contact us or choose DHL Express delivery when ordering.

We have the right to cancel an order if the all or some items are impossible to deliver, or unavailable. In this case the customer will be refunded the amount of the order accordingly.

Returns

We offer 14 day returns for online orders, when products are in their original condition and everything is included as when sold. If the value of the item has decreased due to use or stained, the decrease in value will be reduced from the return sum.

The customer is responsible for the possible return shipping costs. Please contact us before making a return and if you have any questions before or after ordering.

Kindly note that already shipped unclaimed packages are not the same as a return. Unclaimed packages are charged with 100 euro processing fee, no matter the value of the order. 

Store pick-up orders that are not picked up without any notification, will be cancelled after 7 working days and also be charged a 100 euro processing fee, no matter the value of the order. If you are unable to pickup on time, please contact us to arrange delivery.

Orders outside the EU are not eligble for returns.

Maksutavat

Tuemme verkkokaupassa maksuja luotto- ja pankkikorteilla, Suomalaisilla verkkopankeilla, sekä myös osamaksua ja laskua. Maksutavat käyttävät Paytrail Finland (Checkout Finland Oy) palvelua ja kaikki maksutavat löytyvät Checkout valinnan jälkeen yhdessä verkkopankkien listasta. Paytrail palvelun maksuehdot tästä. 

Toimitus

Lähetämme kaikki tilaukset DHL Express pakettina. Voit myös valita noudon myymälästämme Helsingissä.

• Suomessa, toimituskulut ovat 10 euroa.
• Euroopan maihin, toimituskulut alkavat 30 eurosta.
• Yli 1000 euron tilauksiin ilmainen toimitus Suomessa.
• Yli 2000 euron tilauksiin ilmainen toimitus Eurooppaan.
• USA:n osavaltioihin toimituskulut 30-50 euroa.
• Euroopan tai USA:n ulkopuolisiin tilauksiin, ota yhteyttä.

Lähetämme kaikki tilaukset vakuutettuna yleensä DHL:n Express pakettina. Kaikki tilaukset toimitetaan normaalisti 1-3 työpäivän sisällä kotiovelle saakka Suomessa. Euroopan maihin toimitus normaalisti kestää 3-7 työpäivää.

Jos valitset noudon myymälästä, pitää tilaus noutaa 7 päivän kuluessa, muuten tilaus peruutetaan. Jos ette voi noutaa tässä ajassa niin ota yhteyttä tai valitse DHL Express toimitus tilaukseen.

Meillä on oikeus peruuttaa tilaus jos tilaus tai jokin sen tuotteista on mahdoton toimittaa. Tällöin asiakkaalle hyvitetään peruutettavista tuotteista jo suoritetut maksut.

Palautuskäytäntö

Netistä tilattaessa tuotteilla on 14 vuorokauden palautusoikeus. Tuote palautetaan mahdollisten lisätuotteiden kanssa ja samassa kunnossa kuin ostettaessa. Jos tuotteen arvo on alentunut esim. likaantumisen tai käyttöönoton takia, vähennetään arvon menetys palautuksesta summasta.

Asiakas vastaa mahdollisista palautuksen lähetys ym. kuluista. Ota yhteyttä ennenkuin teet palautuksen ja myös jos on kysyttävää tuotteesta ennen ja jälkeen tilausta.

Huomioihan, että jo lähetetyn paketin noutamatta jättäminen ei ole sama kuin asiakaspalautus. Näistä veloitamme 100 euron käsittelymaksun riippumatta tilauksen arvosta. 

Myymälän noutotilaukset jotka asiakas jättää noutamatta ilman erillistä ilmoitusta, 7 työpäivän jälkeen peruutamme tilauksen ja veloitamme myös 100 euron käsittelymaksun riippumatta tilauksen arvosta. Ota yhteyttä jos ette pääse noutamaan ajoissa, niin voidaan järjestää toimitus.

EU:n ulkopuolisissa tilauksissa ei ole palautusoikeutta.
