Payments
We support payment by global credit cards, by Finnish online-banking direct payment, and by invoice and 'buy now, pay later' (installments, osamaksu) for Finnish residents. Finnish payment system are provided by Paytrail Oy, and all options are found under the online bank choice. Payment terms by Paytrail are here.
Shipping
We deliver using DHL Express service. You can also choose to pickup in our store in Helsinki.
- In Finland the delivery fee is 10€, with free delivery for orders over 1000€.
- To European countries the fee starts from 40€.
- Orders to the USA are not available at this moment.
- Orders outside EU, please contact us if your country is not listed.
We deliver usually using DHL express service abroad, and all deliveries are insured. All orders should normally be delivered within 1-3 working days to your front door in Finland. Deliveries to European countries normally take 3-7 working days.
We have the right to cancel an order if the all or some items are impossible to deliver or unavailable. In this case the customer will be refunded the amount of the order accordingly.
Store pickup
If you choose to pickup in store, the order should be picked up within 7 days, otherwise your order will be cancelled. If you're unable to pickup by then, please contact us or choose DHL Express delivery when ordering. Orders need to be picked up in person with a valid identification and will not be handed over to others.
Returns
We offer 14 day returns for online orders, when products are in their original condition and everything is included as when sold. Attached product tag can not be removed. If the value of the item has decreased due to use, damage or stains, the decrease in value will be reduced from the return sum, and we reserve the right to refuse the return in such case.
The customer is responsible for the possible return shipping costs. Please contact us before making a return and if you have any questions before or after ordering. We can issue a convenient DHL return label for direct returns at a cost.
Kindly note that already shipped unclaimed packages are not the same as a return. Unclaimed packages are charged with 50 euro processing fee per item, no matter the value of the order.
Store pick-up orders that are not picked up without any notification, will be cancelled after 7 working days and also be charged a 50 euro processing fee per item, no matter the value of the order. If you are unable to pickup on time, please contact us to arrange delivery.
Orders outside the EU are not eligible for returns.
